FAQ's

Q: How do I place a custom order?

A: Exit my website and click the "Custom Order Request" link. Before submitting a request, please see my availability in my highlights on my IG page. I update this as often as I receive new orders. Please be as specific as possible in your request by including all the details and colors you'd like for your cookies.


Q: How much are your custom cookies?

A: Please click the "Prices" link to the left.


Q: How much notice is required to place a custom order?

A: I usually accept custom orders for a three month block at a time (ex. Jan-Mar). I do ask for at least a two weeks notice as long as it falls within the three months of open availability. I will try to open the next three month block two months ahead of time. (Ex. I will open up Apr-Jun starting Feb 1st). Again, please refer to my availability in my highlights before placing an order request. 


Q: Do you offer gluten or nut-free cookies?

A: At this time I do not. Although I do not use any nut products in my cookies, my kitchen is not nut-free. 


Q: What cookie flavors do you offer?

A: For custom cookie orders I offer Lemon Vanilla Bean or Double Chocolate. Your entire custom order must be one flavor. I will sometimes offer different flavors for holiday presales or my pop ups. 


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Starting February 2020 I will only accept payments through Venmo or PayPal. Once you place a custom order and receive an invoice from me, payment info will be sent to you.


Q: When is my payment due?

A: Full payment is due within 48 hours of an invoice being sent to you. All details of payment will be included in your invoice. 


Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: In the event that you need to cancel your order, a refund will only be issued up to two weeks prior to your pickup date. If it is less than two weeks until your event, I will not be able to offer a refund. I do not accept refunds for any holiday presales, even if they aren't picked up during the listed pickup times. Your holiday cookies will be forfeited unless you made special arrangements with me before hand. The same thing applies to any cookie kits offered. Please try your best to make any special arrangements with me at least a day before pickups and I will try my best to accommodate.
